Central Europe Teachers are usually in transition: they are recent college graduates, alums of Young Adults in Global Mission (YAGM) or other service programs, empty-nesters, near-retirees or people experiencing changes in family structure or employment. They work in partnership with the church, have at least a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) and are open to sharing their gifts. They are flexible, are sensitive to cultural differences, communicate well and want to collaborate, build relationships and explore. Teaching experience is a plus but not necessary.
