Accommodations Information

A block of rooms have been reserved at the Sheraton Downtown (the event venue). Once you HAVE registered, your confirmation email will include a link AND A TOLL-FREE NUMBER THAT WILL ALLOW YOU to book your room. Room sharing will help reduce your cost. You are responsible for making your own reservation reservations. You are not required to stay at the venue hotel AND THERE are other hotels in the area.

If you will need to check into the hotel earlier than August 6th or check out after August 10th, please contact the Event Registrar at michala.majoney@elca.org for assistance with booking with extended nights.
