Human Resources assists churchwide units with their staffing needs by representing the ELCA to prospective employees through job fairs and university programs, and screening applications and resumes. Assistance is also offered with position advertisement on the internet, in synods, colleges and universities, and in newspapers.
Training and Development
The ELCA Training programs create and maintain a healthy and growing organization through training, gatherings, and events.
